    Coasters cut of 3mm High Quality MDF wood. MDF board is an engineered wood product made by breaking down hardwood residuals into wood fibres. MDF is generally denser than plywood. It is stronger and much denser than particle board. This allows you to have strong and light product. 
    The laser cutting process produces a very nice medium brown finish to the edges of the MDF.
    Any laser processing marks can be removed by a light sanding or simply painting over.
